Portishead, Public Enemy, Company Flow, Swans, and other acclaimed artists from the ’90s joined Mangum on the Jersey Shore for an event that felt simultaneously adventurous and intimate. There were movies at the Berkeley Hotel, visitors health insurance concessions in front of Paramount Hall, and ten hours of nonstop noise-rock at Asbury Lanes, courtesy of Oneida.
